Brand Identity & Digital

Happy Eats

From grandmother's kitchen to a 60-flavor global snack brand.

The Challenge

Happy Eats needed to feel premium enough for the Australian market while staying rooted in Indian village-kitchen authenticity. The brand had to carry 60+ individual flavors across 7 product lines — without feeling chaotic or budget.

The Approach

We started with the story, not the logo. The brand's emotional core is "grandmother's kitchen meets modern pantry" — warm, honest, tactile. From there:

  • Built a color system rooted in natural ingredient tones — forest green, harvest orange, warm cream — that could flex across product lines without losing cohesion.
  • Chose DM Serif Display + DM Sans as the type pairing — editorial confidence meets everyday readability.
  • Designed the coming-soon site as a taste-first experience: trust badges, origin story, product teaser cards, and early-access signup — all on a single, focused page.
  • Created a 12-template social kit with product card generators, story templates, and seasonal variants — so the brand can ship daily content without a designer.

ThePureGhee

Premium Vedic ghee — a golden brand for a golden product.

The Challenge

Ghee is an ancient product — but the brand needed to feel contemporary, premium, and trustworthy. The target audience spans health-conscious millennials in metro cities and NRI families abroad who want the real thing.

The Approach

We leaned into gold — not bright, flashy gold, but a muted, aged-brass warmth that felt like it belonged on a hand-thrown clay jar. The editorial tone carries the weight:

  • Built on Next.js for performance and SEO — server-rendered, fully responsive.
  • Golden palette with deep charcoal and parchment cream — luxurious without being gaudy.
  • Story-first layout: heritage section, process transparency, and trust markers before any CTA.
  • Designed for eventual e-commerce integration — product schema, structured data, and clear content hierarchy.

Grih Rachna Infra

A construction firm that builds trust before it builds homes.

Multi-page Website
Scope Website design & development, Content architecture
Timeline 2 weeks
Status Live

The Challenge

Construction firms typically have either no website or an overly corporate one. Grih Rachna wanted something that felt professional and warm — conveying craftsmanship without the cold glass-tower energy of most infra companies.

The Approach

  • Terracotta + warm stone palette — earthy tones that echo the building materials themselves.
  • Playfair Display + Inter font pairing — architectural confidence meets clear communication.
  • Content-first structure: 350+ quality checks, vastu-based design, transparent pricing — leading with substance over style.
  • 911-line single-page experience with smooth navigation, responsive design, and real estate–appropriate calls to action.

Content System & Tool

Seasonal Post Generator

The internal tool that powers every branded graphic we ship.

16-Variant System

The Problem

Every festival, season, and milestone requires branded social content across multiple clients. Designing each one manually doesn't scale. Batch-exporting generic templates feels soulless.

The Solution

  • Built an HTML/CSS/JS template engine that generates 16 design variants per post — each with different layouts, color treatments, and animation styles.
  • Each variant inherits the active brand's palette and typography — so a Happy Eats Holi post and a Kreatika Holi post share the same layout but feel completely different.
  • Export pipeline produces PNG (social), PDF (print), and story-format (9:16) variants in one batch.
  • Integrated into Memory-Router for brand-aware content generation — the system knows which brand is active and applies the right voice, assets, and guidelines.

Micro-products are side experiments — not our core business.
They exist because we believe good design should be touchable.
